i watched titanic for the first time last night. hahaha. ok half of titanic. the last one and a half hours when the ship was sinking. not bad larh. the ending was quite sad. according to fir other than the boat sinking the other really exciting parts were rose in the nude and the ship crashing into the iceberg. so i didnt miss out on much. after titanic channel 5 was showing guns n roses live in japan in 1992. they have their own style of performing and all. like axl rose just wears tights and a top. the way he moves reminds me of fir. and slash.. the guy is just frigging good man. cool fella. buckethead is cool also. but i prefer slash to buckethead. hahaha. talking about music. music nowadays is kinda pissing me off. not that i'm saying that all the music nowadays are bad. some are good. but mostly are just overrated and dont really have the umph ya know. when i say overrated i mean bands like linkin park. i thought they were cool initially. like ages ago. when hybrid theory first came out. yea they were fine. then suddenly they start making like more than 4 albums from the first album. those remix shit and stuff. i mean what kinda band releases a best of cd after only their first album. i think they're quite smart. merchandising till such an extent but like isnt that like selling out. hmmm. then there's also bands like busted. what in gods name are they thinking making music like that. and they think they're punk. buzz off. buncha boy band people holding guitars. its really irritating. because of people like them and other bands (so many other bands) people are starting to get the impression that their genre is punk rock. its pop punk. but for god forsaken bands like busted they're not even pop punk. probably pop. but pop is nice at times. people have forgotten about true punk rock bands like the ramones and the clash. there are so many more to name. the forefathers of punk. green day was like one of the forefathers of pop punk. i still respect them ah. billie joe's a funny fella. hahaha. there are just some bands out there which really deserve a kick in the ass. they try and fuse some genres together to produce something totally shit. not to say that fusion is a bad thing. but sometimes too much aint good. and most people nowadays like the cows they are like to follow the crowd and changing trends. whatever they find popular or mainstream they follow. its like everyone's being controlled by the media. they've been blinded so bad that they fail to realise what good music is at times. then there's hip hop. im not exactly a big fan of hip hop. only for some songs. but if you listen carefully you'd realise that most hip hop songs are a repetition of the rhythm over and over again. like that isnt enough you just get some guy to just talk and occasionally sing. sometimes they get other people to sing the chorus for them. gosh it sure sounds easy to make and sell a record these days. but i'm saying this only in general. i dunno much about hip hop anyway so i'll just leave it there. thats just my opinion. oh wait then there are songs which make no sense at all. actually they do but its like any tom dick or harry could come up with lyrics like that. for example go to nurain's blog and listen to the music. what in blue hell is that? lick my pussy bla bla bla bla. if songs like these actually sell really well. we could all actually be rich. very easy. just speak your mind. just say out all your sexual desires with some repeating rhythm in the background. sounds like a good plan doesnt it. then there are those posers in the music industry nowadays. busted's one of em. there's also people like avril lavigne. yea some of her songs are nice. but her whole outlook. the skater girl bad girl thing is all fake. she admitted it in an interview before. i mean whats the point. talk about being yourself. did you know she was prom princess once? hahaha. i didnt. found out not long ago. like her there are many people out there who are having an identity crisis. they try and portray themselves as people who they are not.

ah screw it. i'm gonna go listen to poison the well.
